Mindset

when you face a person who is fluent in English than you.

  • Maintain eye contact and smile whenever those people are interacting with you. It boosts your confidence to understand what they are actually speaking.
  • Listen more. It will calm your senses and drives your mind to think better.
  • Use hand gestures and nod your head, whenever they are needed.
  • Understand that sometimes, confident smile can dominate powerful vocabulary. Practice it.
  • Have a few and best questions ready with you. Shoot them.
  • Instead of saying an impromptu sentence. Like questions, have few sentences ready with you.
  • Take time to answer. prepare simple sentence and express with your words along with your expressions and smile. They think that you are expressive.
  • Don’t think about what you have to speak in future conversations. Be mindful and have your complete focus in your present.
  • Don’t drag yourselves into the conversational subjects which you are pretty weak.
  • Be with your friends who support your conversations with their words against that kind of people.
  • Always follow the thumb rule: No one knows everything.
  • If everything fails, have a backup plan so that you have to leave from that place with a beautiful excuse.
To a mind that is still the whole universe surrenders - Lao Tzu.
